New Jersey alpaca owners, breeders and enthusiasts, have organized the New Jersey Alpaca Community (NJAC). We are an affiliate of the Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association (AOBA). Our goal is to encourage, support and educate the alpaca community or persons interested in alpacas within the state of New Jersey. Gov Corzine has proposed the elimination of the Department of Agriculture.  A true grassroots effort will be needed to convince him and the legislature this is not acceptable.  NJAC's involvement will be very important. Here are several links and phone numbers you can utilize.
